I just booked a unit for Arte@Kuchai 2 months ago, booking fees was RM 20k.

Package quite attractive:

1. 2 car parks
2. free wardrobe and kitchen cabinet
3. 2 water heater
4. 3 air-cons
5. etc

P.S. I heard the developer was finished sold all the units, very curious what is their launching price.

I know their office not open for public yet, but we have bought 50 units direct from director, so our pricing is pioneer and lowest. I heard from developer, the launching price would more than RM400 psf.

I m monitoring their launching price, may be I will release few units after their launching.

well be prepared guys. it will be selling like hotcakes smile.gif

What you see from their illustration is what you will be getting. Love their lobby and they have private lift as well meaning their whole development is gonna have plenty of lift. 2k+ registrants, 5% pick up rate will just be enough to make the place a sell out

They have a total of almost 15 types of layout design.

the surrounding had not less than 6-7 new developments coming up, i dare not to invest for this moment. i think the overflowed condo market in kl south need times to digest.

Hi, I also just back from developer office, I like their design very much. Really impress....

Very happy that my unit already from 1685 sqf to 1733 sqf, got private lift, facing pool and dynasty garden. Know that their price would increase by zone (5 floor =1 zone=5K).

The shop office is new office for Nusmetro in KL, everything just setup, you are pioneer step in there, so you would feel like dummy and nothing much inside.

They target customer is family, because dynasty garden, g-residence, 218, are smaller unit, Arte doesn't want compete with them in the red sea. I will go to their soft launch to see the crowd, who want to join?

Is it private means you will walk straight to your house after the lift door opened? Is it one lift per unit or two lift per unit?
