Private lift means after you exit from your house, there has a lobby/waiting area (that is your private area and not counted in your built-up area), then the lift is in front of the lobby.

P.S. The Oasis project was slow because they were took too much time to settle squatter issue in Penang.

Today, I was help my friend to register, he planning to buy 10 units, but developer control it and said one invitation card/register only can buy one unit. So today I spend few hours to help my friends register and get 10 invitation for week launching. I also heard few uncle wanna to queue up early morning, sigh.......they all buy property like buy vege...

Yeap. Got 2 units today. Price should increase next week. 50 units were only release today. Fully taken.
