More detail has been confirmed, it is a leasehold land with 99 years from 1991 expiring on 2090 which is left with 79 years from now  they are going to launch soon I guess will be next month, pricing will be 350psf or slightly more(380) depending on which floor too. Size ranged from 1338- largest unit 2k plus. They will build an extra access road at the end of the current dead road turning up to jalan selesa terrace house, so they will have 2 exit instead of one, at least they did something to ease the traffic there which is good for dynasty and for arte. I also wonder what happened to oasis is Penang, who can give me an answer? And how is the kampung buah pala issue now? Anyone? I like this project so much and intend to get 1 for own stay. But the only things that I'm worried is all the scandals covering the developer. Political background? It looks like they are closely linked to the Penang gov which is DAP. SHC just launch yesterday only registrant is allow to go in the sales office. I heard sole of you guys said that I has been launch since early of the year so I'm not sure. As I know the psf price is starting from >RM450 Just my 2cents  correct me if I'm wrong.

I guess it is the project beside dynasty garden next to an abandoned commercial area, developer is BHL, selling price something like 450psf and above. guess gonna launch some where around september/october.

The land opposite dynasty is ARTE@KUCHAI LAMA, while the land beside dynasty is belongs to another developer BHL which I heard 450 psf but don't know it's leasehold or free hold. Arte is leasehold they renew the lease to 99 years d. As for bank financing no worry on the leasehold tenure cos as long it's not too short tenure left bank will still be financing.

Dont get confuse Arte is opposit to Dynasty Garden, while BHL is next to Dynasty garden. hope this solve your confusion. haha. BHL heard the psf price is much more exp than ARTE. where arte is expected at >360psf while BHL as heard 450psf. but all the price is not confirm yet lar...

It's gonna launch soon if no delay it will be on early September expect it after the week after hari raya:) the price should be around there any higher will scare off potential buyers:)
