The sales gallery is in Penang sweat.gif Are they going to have a local sales office or showroom at the site?

That area is already very congested. But there are plenty of food to eat within walking distance.

I think so. I'm guessing 350psf. Impossible to be lower than 300psf nowadays one brows.gif

400psf?? Haha...Capers is the best bargain compare to this...

I have been following their development in Penang....alot of issues with their project, the Oasis...

This developer is really keng chao, protested by Teresa Kok also can be approved by DBKL...must be very well connected with scUMNO !!!

Ohh, this is the Oasis developer. I heard alot of issue with Oasis too, lauched initially in 2007 but till today still havent finished built yet. However the project fully sold last year. For the early batch buyer is laughing now coz initially the price in 2007 is like from 200k++. now would be 400k++ maybe.

Close to 300k once u added the carpark, they didn't include carpark in their condo sales, like that also can!!! Anyway, even though the price may look somewhat reasonable(not sure yet till more details are released), keep in mind you are dealing with a dodgy developer, who knows what controversy may arise with this development....

Will you buy if you buy 1ksf but then SNP is 700sqf???

Evidence, I dont have any evidence. But if you ask Penang people, most of them will know what happened to Oasis. The issue was hot last time Kampung Buah Pala, i think u should ever heard of it.

I didnt said the developer is bad, i have no comment about the developer. For those who bought Oasis from developer in 2007 should be very happy now.
