for now, yea, WP7 is very limited compared to Android and iOS,
especially in Msia since they haven't even officially launch their Marketplace yet,
its like Android without Market

however due to their tight integration between software and hardware, their OS is really slick and fast
provided that you can live with the interface that isn't very customizable
plus if given time, they will improve

and.. you can't really judge the OS solely based on the amount of phones being resale

and when desire s comes out, i think our desire will be 800-1000 only. i'm impressed with nexus one though, damn that google phone sure knows how to be a legend. i'll be giving it to my mum, not worth selling anymore. better in the family hands, at least you wont miss it so much. haha

i wanna try custom rom and get apps2sd. so means i need to partition my sd card ? if i wanna try CM7 so i have to partition to ext 4 ?
and if i am using amon ra should i just go into recovery and partition it ?

s-off is not required right ? but i cant backup my apps with titanium without busybox and i cant install it without soff ?

'HUGE'? that 1 u go ask microsd makers to push got 128GB then u can get more space.

Samsung has 32GB option phones but it's dead expensive (like Apple's iPhone)

you need to partition your SD card if you're going to flash a ROM with A2SD+
you don't need to have ext4 partition to try CM7
Amon Ra is the recovery, so yea, go to the recovery and partition it

S Off is not required, to use titanium you just need root access, install busybox if you don't have it

just get any microusb cable, it will work, I got mine for RM12 + 4 for postage from GS section and its working fine

Found one from adhoc. Apparently stay nearby. So rm20 Cincai la. So its a common issue for HTC. Saw ppl complain at xda also

yeah i read a little about it alright thanks i will try that out..

can i clarify some things ? if i flash new rom it will install in the internal memory and i partition my sd card, it's only for the apps2 sd but not for the rom to be installed there right ?
