This is a very poor service and we have rights to actually sue them if they ARE HAVING OUR MONEY.

come on la guys, this is bullsh**. Dude they are having ur money for 3 weeks. In the end they might just give u a diff product unless u pressure them. U could try calling Asus SC but i doubt they will help. IMO they only deal with warranty and after sales service. 1 to 1 swap is the distributor prob. The right place to complain is Consumer Support. If u tell PC3 that u will complain to Consumer Support im sure they will take some action... Or u can either call PC3 and pressure Asus about ur replacement model

Just ask for refund I reckon, if not you may have to wait longer..

In malaysia....N53SN is THE ONLY LAPTOP equip with GT550M. In the whole world....i think its N53SN and a Gigabyte laptop(maybe Malaysia got  ) So no matter what get a N53SN and not a SV or Acer

Exactly that point. also, what's the point if I get my laptop so much earlier right? Cause in like 3 months time, the same laptop will probably cost like RM300 lesser.
It depreciates really quickly. haiz PC3 wtf man
