When using the AMEX at Toys R Us (Empire Shopping Gallery), there's one particular Cashier's EDC terminal doesn't accept AMEX.
It gives an error "Retry Batch Trans" when you insert the AMEX.

When used at other EDC, it works... persistence paid off to get my 5% Weekend Rebate.

Hey guys, if I want to do auto debit for my Amex, I have to enrol via the Amex autopsy? Last time my other cards, I dealt directly with TM, TNB, maxis... For Amex it's different?

Does Amex charge an admin fee for auto debit?

Suggestion to deal directly with each vendor to setup the Auto-Debit.

no charge, instead award u 10000pts (valued RM50) to u. very the nice..

It's 10,000 TreatsPoints for signing >3 vendors to AutoPay. Not per vendor.
Signing directly don't count.

Which AMEX card were you using ?
Which step did it fail ?
You need to go to the Payment counter which uses the Maybank EDC terminal

bro, use sunway pyramid maxis centre credit card kiosk. got 2 kiosk over there, 1 is cash 1 is credit card.

Maybankard 2 Amex. Failed in final step - reading card.
Sure payment counter can use? Wil try again next month..

Any places other than Sunway Pyramid? I don't normally go there.. The credit card kiosk can use amex? That will be good, every month gets extra 600 points.. smile.gif

anyone know which other motor insurance accepts amex?

1 utama can't accept my m2cards amex yesterday, ended up swipe the visa.. sad.gif
