Yes, just unscrew and slide the dvd out and slide in the bluray drive..

Nothing much, maybe need to slot in back the original dvd drive for warranty purposes...

okay, but i'm really afraid it would result to problems in future..

btw, all the bluray drives are suitable or only specific ones?

Usually got two version with different height, 9.5mm and 12.7mm..
check the original what height first..

No need, should be just plug and play..
Shouldn't need a technician..

You just need to remove one screw (on bottom, just right beside the area for dvd drive) then should be able to take out the dvd drive..

Just bought this nice lappy last weekend. I found that my Windows Experience Index as below:
Processor: 6.9
Memory: 5.9
Graphics: 4.7
Gaming graphics: 6.6
Primary hard disk: 5.9

Why the graphics only score 4.7? I saw others can get 5.7 or 5.9. Anyone can clarify this with me? Thanks.

need to know about this laptop.

i had compare with asus n43sl,and i found that this 2 laptop had almost similar specs.

i read that this this laptop had put the speaker on bottom,the sound is clear or not???

not really too much coz only a certain time i will use for watching movie.

but the sound still loud right?

coz my friend's laptop had a bottom speaker,and the sound is very very slow like speak in kain la.. biggrin.gif

how long the actual battery life for 4830tg?

Stick with N43Sl if you prefer speaker..
