no optical drive on 3830 n its a 13" . that basically it

is that a retail version of it? bcoz i saw vids from youtube that show really questionable quality of the hinges of 4830tg . its woobly n loosey. plus it so flexible that it almost look mushy!!

turn out my set was nothing like that n its probably an early proto or demo. i think i posted that vids in earlier page

even if it is so, it would be the exact same casing n built but different spec only.

I dont think acer would spend its R&D for two type of casing for a 4830 series

So Melaka PC Expo got demo display, that great! why JB PC Expo cannot do that? haih.. ask around also got some clueless sales rep

I wonder why the price different is awfully huge! lowest price is USD$1133?? that is more then RM3.5k and its probably the i3 3830TG

Batt Mode : High Performance ( GT 540 Enable )
Display : 80% Brightness
Speaker : 40%
Wifi : ON
Bluetooth : ON
Total time on battery : 1 Hour 42 Minutes before my 7% Critical Battery pop up

Temps ( HWmonitor )
Max CPU : 69
Max GPU : 72

Cooler: Full Aluminum switch OFF

Finally got to hear the fan at full blow, hot air can be feel but it still so quiet, in fact , too quiet for my likings. With GT540 running on full rage , i guess all those long battery time gone crushing down

i7+Gt540 less then rm2700 ?! get this on garage sale n will be grabbed fast!
