The price should be 5-10% lesser if get it from Zean..

if you like Sorento, JS and Fotile product, no need to look beyond zean, save your time and money.

however if you want to widen your choice, than may be this week can visit Koon Hoe and American Standard, both are having sales.

Be extra observant if your buying Premtex products especially sinks, as was in my experience. Went to collect my sink early in April, had to ask them to bring out at least 4 times the product before I passed my QC of 1 unit for my house.

u have to bargain hard for the price matching Zean if u choose JS or Sorento.

Their quality is generally ok. Just that the ones that were shown to me had some minor defects such as chrome ring missing part of the chrome, one unit the ceramic did not look smooth to the eye.

I've bought other things from Premtex before and have no issues. Love their microphone looking hand shower.

finally i bought this above the counter basin, although a bit small but like the shape very much. and it cost me only arround $250 with a "minimalism" tap with the 45% discount.
checked it carefully before collecting.

Address is Jln Puteri 1/2, same row as OCBC & RHB.

For kicthen, it is advisable wall mounted. Easily to change tab if the tab faulty. Under mount, difficult to change tap later.

I don't see it difficult to change the tap either wall or sink mount. Sink mount is using a big nut to secure and wall mount is direct screw in. Both still need a tool to tight/loose it.

I think sink mount look better and have more advantage than wall mount. Sink mount look tidy. Can locate your tap anywhere and change your sink position is not a problem. Since the pipe hole at below and can use flex hose.

While wall mount is a bit ugly. Specially screw side to the pipe hole. Installer must aim nicelly to your sink. Otherwise your tap will out of position. Cannot locate your sink anyhow. Need to hack the wall and redo the piping if sink change position. Even a sink change will have problem.

Somehow feel very shock da water flow is so slow
