HTC Pyramid is the one for GSM, the internal spec is similar, but not with 3D I guess

If they only want to deliver it in US might as well they put it under http://www.htc.com/us/

Hopefully later on it will appear in http://www.htc.com/asia/

htc pyramid got the same features with this one except for 3D and screen size. not sure about the camera.

this phone is incomparable.

july is the earliest (too late for me)..but still this is non GSM..so still cant use here..

but HTC battery is quite sucks..
still they didnt make it higher capacity..

finally u understand, not all of us have bottomless wallets.

We just have to simply take the one we find ourselves most fond of, and experience consumer dissonance to make ourselves not feel too bad.

Most also give it 1-3 months, after that, if the phone does not arrive, call it off.

I believe we r using 4g. not cdma. CDMA would be a great hassle, and transmitting towers have to be bought, in light of an event, YTL does not have enough funds to do so, just covering kl would be hell for the person that has to convince the shareholders board that this is going well, my father would have walked out immediately lol most stupidest idea without collaboration with telekom, and all the bribes to the government to deply the towers as "hidden cost"......

lets take an example, p1 4g is using wimax, but heck, we cant use their network to make calls on.

but lets us not be so confused. Say, Verizon, it has LTE, but their LTE is cdma version. AT&T is also going LTE soon, mayb after a year im there.

he global version of the next HTC's flagship - the EVO 3D - is now official along with its full specs. The 3D fever seems to be taken over HTC too and the EVO 3D packs a huge 3D S-LCD screen and it's capable of shooting both 3D stills and videos.
We were waiting for this since we met the CDMA EVO 3D headed for Sprint.
The global GSM version of HTC EVO 3D makes no compromises specs-wise - a 4.3-inch 3D S-LCD screen with qHD (540x960 pixels) resolution, Snapdragon MSM8660 chipset with a 1.2 GHz dual-core processor, Andreno 220 graphics and 1GB RAM.

The camera department has also jumped on the 3D train featuring two rear 5 megapixel snappers capable of taking 2 megapixel 3D pictures and 720p 3D videos. As for the standard photos and videos - you get 5 megapixel stills and 1080p videos. There is also a dual-LED flash and a 1.3 megapixel video-call camera.
The connectivity is as premium as it gets - high HSPA speeds, Wireless N with DLNA support, GPS with A-GPS, Bluetooth 3.0, FM radio, HDMI port and 3.5mm audio jack. The GSM EVO 3D supports microSD cards up to 32GB and the only difference to the CDMA Sprint version is that its internal storage has shrunk from 4GB down to 1GB.

HTC EVO 3G runs on the latest Android v2.3 Gingerbread masked with the HTC Sense UI.
The Sprint's EVO 3D is scheduled for a summer launch, so we guess its GSM sibling will hit the shelves about the same time. There is no info on the price or 3G bands yet.

just to clarify, the EVO 3D for sprints runs CDMA and Wimax for its 4G connections.

In malaysia, our current top 3 telcos use GSM for 2G, and UMTS for 3G. and LTE for their 4G. 3G UMTS uses WCDMA as their air-interface. CDMA and WCDMA is two different thing.

the good news is, from HTC's site, they do mention something about this phone using WCDMA so i think they are referring to the GSM version of the phone.

and so i am confident that we're gonna see this phone in malaysia soon enough but with different name.

and yes you're correct, we havent started rolling out LTE networks yet, but it will come in 2012. in fact maxis is doing their test runs right about now.

and btw, TM does have CDMA networks. but it is mainly for rural areas. source is here

yes, tm does have cdma, but not of 3g capabilities. I think i did mentioned it to someone earlier in this thread.
