Is this a mechanical keyboard?

http://s.taobao.com/search?q=ducky+1008

cos in google translate it say that its non mechanical keyboard.. im really confused now..
*
I will try to translate the word for you.

[机械键盘专卖店]Ducky鸭子DK1008 无冲机械键盘 黑青/茶青混轴

the word in the bracket is shop name, Ducky鸭子 is brand, DK1008 is model, 无冲机械键盘 means nkro mechanical keyboard, 黑青/茶青混轴 black blue brown mixed cherry switch? @@

But from the photo it shows 2 model, one is with mixed with black and blue switches (black on the abcde side, while blue is on the numeric keypad side), another is brown and blue (same as the first model)

I don't remember filco has one with blank keys, most of them are self changed keycaps, like mine.

You have to pull the key caps out your self to change it btw, lol.

Or probably you're looking at this one.

The blank keys set cost me about NT$700 which is around RM80, i asked some agent to import the keyboard + keycaps for me tho.

OHH Otaku version, don't think they have it for Majestouch 2 yet, but the old Majestouch 1 they have it.

For the first item, check the reply i replied you earlier, or straight away tell the taobao agent that you wanted the brown switch mix with blue on the number keypad, which in chinese will be "此键盘主键区87个按键为茶轴 小数字区+快捷键21个按键为青轴", will be better if your windows are able to read chinese, so you can just straight away copy pasta to the taobao agent, and of course ask the taobao agent to becareful on different switches color.

2nd item, it comes with black/blue/brown switches, so you can either choose one.

Your link does not work.
Generally speaking, Ducky's PBT caps aren't something to die for. The laser etching gives low contrast and the get dirty pretty soon. You are better off with the KBC ones, and a full set cost about RM100~ish.

Full set of KBC PBT 104 key set
Actually the choice is quite simple. Since the price difference is not big, you should probably go for the DK9008
