any posting on 13 Jan itself?

i got 1 petrol transaction & posted same day at 13 Jan. the cashback not counted in this month's cashback.

i wonder if their cashback cutoff is T-1 day before statement date  gonna write to CS to get clarifications.
**update from CS: Any transaction posting on the statement date 13th will be credited (cashback) on next statement date.

the behavior is a bit different whereby transaction posted on statement date will be "billed" at T=0, but the cashback is T-1  **

Finally got my affin bank card. Met up with agent right before cny.

Anyone know how's their statement mechanism? I don't have saving acc or online portal with them.
Will I be getting email statement, or letter statement?

I don't get instruction on creating online account in the letter that's the problem. Haha

Affin just called to verify my card usage.... 2 BHP pumps today, once 5pm+ another 9pm+.

they just wanted to verify that usage is genuine since most of the card usage is at specific petrol station (they only know the merchant's name, not the petrol station name)

told him i was using bhp card for 10% cashback

already experienced this scenario back in January.

posting on statement date, will get cb next month statement date, but trx will be billed on current statement date.

cb cutoff is statement date T-1

mine after 2 pumps, received call from CS to verify that it wass ME who uses the card. guess they are monitoring for abnormal usage.

after that all, i dont receive any calls if i ever pump 2 times in a day (cuz i was pumping for 2 cars)
for your 3rd time, probably bhp already temporary blocked it. perhaps calling CS to clarify and see if they have the option to permanently unblock/remove safety for your card.

mine is 07/22. sst charged on 30 July. called cs for sst rebate, none. terminated it straight (pending updates) since not much use anymore.

luckily i didnt use the card for petrol in the month of July, since already shifted to SCB JOP.
**updates: Affin's SST charged on exactly 1 year, so 30 July 2019 was charged SST because my card was approved @ 30 July 2018  card is now terminated, requested @ 1 Aug 2019. account zerorized @ 2 Aug 2019.
