As expected for Affin bank credit card application, still not record found in their system

6/8 - submitted in the branch
28/8 - no record

Last week have follow up with them and the guy helped to raised report to branch.

The next day, staff from branch called for updated, the application form actually has submitted to HQ on the next day that I submit.

Until now, no news... will keep monitor on it, one thing for sure I need to pay for SST, but still worth it

My application for AFFINBANK BHPetrol Credit Card is finally approved on 16 Oct after two months of processed.

- Mid of August : First submission, walking in to the branch, that is before SST
- After two weeks : Rejected due to using recycle paper
- Re-submit within a week with new application.
- After two weeks (mid of Sept) : Rejected again due to signature issued, it cannot be computer signed, but request for manual signature.
- Re-submit within a week with manual signature with two credit card application forms, one for edit PDF detail format (look more clear), another one using pen to fill up.

Such a long process and in between I keep calling them to follow up.

No approval SMS received, but the staff called to inform me, otherwise, I will escalate AGAIN.

Yes work like Petronas Mesra Card, there has a membership card for BHP

Just get my first AFFINBANK statement and so cool to see 10% rebate for petrol expend.

Reloaded T&G at BHP Station is entitled for rebate too.

I would say within a month from A to Z

How you know the result ? I’m sure you will keep calling them to check the status. I don’t even get approval sms and I know it by phone call to CS Team

Just get the latest statement and surprisingly get the RM40 rebate for "Card Activation Campaign" after 5 months.

If new sign up then applicant need to be patience.
If existing, should be pretty fast I guess ??

I think most of us applied it because of 10% petrol promo, so still less than a year I guess.

Not sure can re-active or not, but based on my eCCRIS report, the Affin BHP Card has been removed.
