original picture is not blur only after edited with CS5 it turn to blur ..i view it in window picture viewer

view in full 100% (not full screen mode, is 100% picture quality )?? in window picture viewer or PS...

OR during editing ,maybe your PS or you accident switch it blur? erm... my answer still like previous one... save as highest quality (value 12 quality) in JPG.

or try upload the original photo and the edited here see to compare?

*or during saving/ exporting the files do you save in higher resolution? eg: like 2000x3000 px photo you save as 5000x9000px photo?

i just bought a D90 today...

tested a few shots... in normal lighting... why is the pictures all black black ? eventhough i set a higher iso ?

Your exposure time/speed is too fast!!! 1/800 second, not enough time to let the light come into your sensor.
And ISO400 is actually pretty low for indoor too, unless we are talking about f/1.4 aperture, or less than 1/80 exposure time.

ISO 400 is too low. Even if we're talking about a well-lit indoor room, subject is still underexposed. 1/800s is too fast, and it literally killed off all the available light that by right you should be collecting into your camera. Always
have to remember: Slower shutter speed => more light, Faster shutter speed => less light. We use this speed usually in broad daylight.

SB600, SB700, SB800, SB900 I assume you mean with the Nikon CLS system through the pop up or the SU800 commander unit?

1/800 400iso f/3.5, even with f/1.4 I can barely hit 1/800 indoors. And it looks like a ballroom to me, you need to be like 1/30s 800 or maybe 1600 ISO in this case with flash too.
