Your exposure time/speed is too fast!!! 1/800 second, not enough time to let the light come into your sensor.
And ISO400 is actually pretty low for indoor too, unless we are talking about f/1.4 aperture, or less than 1/80 exposure time.

Last photo is good but can improve on the composition. Those blurred out objects kinda distracting. Learn and improve your cropping. Love the lighting though smile.gif

I don't believe this kind of crowd place open cleaning. Might end up more dust only.
Send to service centre different, they do it in lab.

Depends on luck also. Just bigger chances getting more dust instead. There's once I sent it to clean, after cleaning appear a bigger dust there. doh.gif
Have to check on the spot after they clean one. These people do stuffs... doh.gif
