Anyway, to own a house with landed, 1400 square foot with own car park for 300k? Where can find? Recommend own stay.

Most important ioi developer will deliver your house. They even good on fix house defect and entertain our request.

Three year ago I also hunting for house. Majority house is 500sq and cost 500k. Almost give up on find a house. Lucky found this place and no doubt on buying since 1400sq, landed and cost less than 300k.

Nope. You need to pay first. They will settle it before you collect key (if you pay else delay on getting key) . It is a norm process

IOI is famous of completed the project early. Last i recall, mine completed 4 month ahead of schedule

Frankly speaking when i took my key, a lot of defect till 8 pages (overall minor). But they will fix your defect. Quite satisfy with the repair from them. But need to bear with them on slowness of repair especially when our time (cadia and dura) hand over key. (500+ houses).

Even recently (after a year) i ask them to repair on small crack outside wall. They came, whack the wall, cement it and paint it back (fast response coz no other people request). So don't worry about it.

Why not? Your house got warranty . Cannot remember 18 month or 24 month (need to check my S & P agreement).

With condition:-

1. No renovation that cause the damage
2. Not for accessory like (door, windows, door knob) - limited warranty. Probably a month

Let say, you
-renovate car porch with new gate, mailbox, etc. Then too bad. that area is not covered under warranty.

So make sure you ask developer to fix first before renovate. It is best is wait 2 month before start renovate. Let developer fix the defect.

well, they will complete the project earlier. (less than a year). Most likely Sept you can get key. Last time my house also like that.

nope. waited 2 month. last week saw them pull cable on my row. No idea when they going to have unifi...super slow!!!

Only for cadia & dura only. The point is till 4S. Expected to installation to house by end of march 2015. May be they want to collect number of request for Ember

only cadia, dura and ember housing area got security guard. Phase 1 and 2, don't want security guard

well, it is better than none. Last time when we move in without security guard within that couple month got robbery. At least now, so far seldom hear people talk about robbery.
