once you partition, you'll lost everything in your sd card..mostly I'd partition 256MB for app2sd/link2sd use and 64MB for swap, but that's up to you.
root explorer can explore everything in the system, but it's not free (ahem version )

with phantom rom, u got the root explorer for free

Try to use App 2 SD Pro . Can view ur app that install to your sd card

normally I'd use link2sd to check whether the app already in sd (froyo way), or in internal storage

nfs shift work on rev3c without problem

mp4 problem was caused by Froyo FRF91 update,
other phones also experienced this after update.

i dont think we can remove the FRF91 easily

im using evo rev3c, nfs shift works.
only gameloft with mp4 intro video force close.

any1 experiencing fc issue when browsing google market for newly/latest apps?

phantom evo rev3c but have 2 problems

1. cant play gameloft games
2. have issues with playing certain mp4 but change the extension to .wmv fix it. (thanks GameSky )

This is my opinion after using several Androids. First of all , do not install apps from dubious sources - don't be happy just because you can get free apps, I do not wish to mention here but the link provided at bostonmania site for the free apps is not helping you guys; it is only creating more issues to an other wise good phone.
Android apps are opensourced - cracked/pirated apps are therefore more susceptible to threats, creating system instability ( force closures often recurring and some reported ext SD card kena wipe out ). There are 2 types of cracked/pirated apps - those that are genuine and are shared out cos there is no control on it with any identifying serial number or tied to owner ID - these are generally safe unless a hacker wants to play with it to make it unsafe. The other types are the cracked ones where the hacker has make changes to it disabling the requirement for ID with user - depending on what level the hacker has done, it can create instability to your phone system. Unless you are technically knowledgeable and know which is which - you are just taking a risk. So if your phone freezes often, force closure several times etc just blame yourself and not the phone

You might disagree with me but just test it yourself. Do a factory reset or remove that app ( including deleting the data associated in settings./applications/manage applications ) - monitor whether there is any improvement. Apps that commonly gives problems are games, navigation and system utilities/system widgets

The google market issue - go to settings/applications/manage applications - look for Market - clear data . Rest phone - try again. If still persists, use Titanium Backup and delete the Market app. Reinstall the app . If still have issue, factory reset

motorola defy way more better than mi410 after 2.2 update..
juz add 100, u can get defy ma~
quadrant score is 1600 after overclock to 1.2ghz, before 1300 and neocore benchmark is 41.4 fps..
im gonna buy this phone next month lol..

Kayro... sorry, I don't get what you mean. Don't mean to be sarcastic. Regarding the Motorola Defy, how is a phone with a SLOWER processor , SMALLER screen and a HIGHER price tag, be WAY better than the MI410 ?

i hope got changelog for every build of CM..i kinda like the rom it will be perfect if they fix all bugs...
