Visa Infinite cards are not all by invitation. It depends on the respective banks.

The requirements and annual fees:

1. Standard Chartered Priority Banking Visa Infinite
    - Be a Priority Banking customer with Asset Under Management (AUM) of RM250,000
    - Annual Fee RM800, waived with annual spending of RM10,000

2. Citi Prestige World Elite MasterCard
    - Annual income requirement of RM200,000
    - Annual Fee RM1,000
    - Even if you are a Citigold customer, you still need an annual income of RM200,000 to apply

3. UOB Privilege Banking Visa Infinite
    - Be a Privilege Banking customer with AUM of RM500,000. Not sure if higher AUM required to be invited for the VI card
    - Annual Fee RM1,800

4. Maybank World MasterCard
    - Annual income requirement of RM240,000
    - Annual Fee RM1,000, waived with annual spending of RM120,000

5. CIMB Visa Infinite i
    - Either annual income requirement of RM1 million or AUM of RM1 million
    - No Annual Fee

6. Alliance Visa Infinite
    - Either annual income requirement of RM150,000 or be a Privilege Banking customer with AUM of RM200,000
    - Annual Fee RM800, waived with annual spending of RM30,000 and waived for Privilege Banking customer

To answer your question, I'd say the Alliance Visa Infinite would be the easiest to be approved, both in terms of annual income requirement and by AUM with the bank.

The card info I gave above pertains to the Citi Prestige World Elite MasterCard, which grants unlimited Priority Pass Lounge access.

The Citibank PremierMiles Visa Signature which you mentioned, however, only grants 2 complimentary entries to Priority Pass Lounges worldwide per Calendar year. It does grant unlimited access to the Plaza Premium Lounges in KLIA, Senai and Langkawi airports though.

The annual fee for the PremierMiles is RM600, easily waivable, and the annual income requirement is RM60,000, compared to the Citi Prestige's RM200,000.

I'm not sure about that as I haven't used the Senai PPL before.

According to Priority Pass website - Location: Airside - after Security Screening on the 1st Floor, turn right and then take the next right again. The Lounge is located next to the Tourist Information desk.

Senai PPL is open for both Domestic and International passengers. It's a commercial entity ... so anyone willing to pay the fees or having the right privilege to enter the PPL, will get to enter the PPL.

Is the Senai airport layout similar to Kuching International Airport's whereby the departure hall is shared for domestic and international flights, despite having separate entry points?

At Kota Kinabalu International Airport, the Plaza Premium Lounge is located at the international departure area after immigration check. So only passengers going overseas from KKIA are able to use the lounge. I am not sure if the lounge has opened yet as when i took an international flight out of KKIA just last month, the lounge was still under construction. But there was this notice outside the lounge and i was actually very surprised to see that Maybankard 2 Card AMEX (Platinum) was among the cards listed that give free access to the lounge.

I believe you can get a waiver as long as your card is active. I did not charge much to my Citibank PM but I just used it every month. Anyway, I've cancelled mine earlier this month.

Let the readers find out on their own that all complimentary lounges only applies to 3rd party lounges. Airline lounges are still (in 99% cases) exclusive to the airline itself and remain inaccessible via the bank's airline lounges promotions. As far as I know and remember only 3rd party lounges in Bangkok and Incheon are by chance also used by the airlines.

Xero800 probably failed to see that this card (CIMB Enrich WMC) is only open via invitation and don't forget the income requirement which is not similar to your (commonly available) "Platinum" income requirement which is basically "Gold" requirements (10 years or more back then) in inflation mode. Back then it was the MBB WMC offered access to MAS airline lounge but it was not cheap - RM1.5K per year and you have to ensure that you are travelling via MAS. (No longer offered since late 2012)

Even Citibank most exclusive card (Citi Prestige) could only offer 3rd party lounges.
*
Ok, I applied for the Maybank World Mastercard thinking it was the CIMB Enrich WMC by mistake. They called me to pick up the card after 2 days. Pretty fast approval. But now that it doesn't offer the Golden Lounge access at KLIA, I think I'll pass on it and apply for the CIMB Enrich WMC instead.

Hi everyone, my father got a HSBC premier card and alliance premium debit card. I am wondering is it possible for him to use one of the card for his free entry and another one of his card for his friend's free entry at the klia lounge? or that will not accepted by them?

I'm not too familiar with Alliance Premium Debit Card, but if you are asking whether you can use 2 different cards to access KLIA with a friend, yes you can. My personal experience is that Malaysian Plaza Premium Lounges accept this practice, however, lounges in Singapore do not.
