That y they sell type C1 1.65 m - 75k. But if u really want very nice view, should wait for another phase after Maya. House will be build around the club house... biggrin.gif

Understand from the SA, it will not block the mountains view from Swimming pool. The house will build at the empty land beside the road from main door all the way up to the club housee entrance. The house will be facing the bungalow outside, mean the back door will be facing the road.

What i know is we cannot acess to bungalow side, but can confirm again wth the SA. it will be super nice if we can visit bungalow area. Went once to see Tsara, most impress by the scenary and air freshness.. biggrin.gif

100% agreed! TP is far better , if to compare just the entrance already can not beat. Nowaday, to get a Taman near by to bank, pasar tani, shop lot, low cost flat iis way much easy than to get an gorgeous entrance like TP. smile.gif

smile.gif I have confidence that Lum Chong will do a nice landscaping after they complete Maya phase 1. Just check how they manage to maintaince the club house and all the area in TP. The SA said Lum Chong is going to deco the pond become part of the park in TP for residence to have evening walk. rclxms.gif

Be frank, after check around most of the taman in Kajang, I really don't see any reason why people don't like TP. From the nice acess road, strategy location, gorgeous entrance, well train guard, CCTV in place, hilly view, surrounded by green and fresh air, well maintain club house with hotel standard facilities (after 4 years still maintain in good condition), beautiful & just nice linear park, (too big sometime can be quite scary too if not enough light installed or less people around).

Again, I really don't see why that RM 1 toll become an issues as we pay toll everyday, and Silk highway really give TP some much convenience.

That time i was checking type C and type A. Finally decided to go for type A partly due to its facing open spaces. smile.gif

Another reason don't choose type C is the ground floor living hall view has been blocked by small mountain. But the SA told me that there will be another development project (I think is sunvilla) in progress where eventually, they will cut the small mountain in front and turn it into a inner road. So, your unit will be facing the road after that.

Personally I love type C master room bathroom design. Open shower room..and its bigger than type A. smile.gif
