Type C only left 2 units which are right infront of the junction. Haiz.....
Saw Type A and Type B unit, both also not very satisfy.
Seems like i need a new hunt again.

That last phase would be the cream of the crop....but will it block the clubhouse view of the mountains?  Especially the gorgeous view from the pool?

Nope I got one of the last unit in Areca phase, I think 2 months before Maya is launched. I do not really like 3 storeys semi-D. To me, it is too large to maintain. 

So far away from my house!  I will have to drive there....lol..

2 storey arecas are so nice.  No need to climb stairs.  I wish the areca has less corners and built wider like the mayas...but you cant have everything!

That would NOT be fair, as they can come over to use the facilities on our side.  We also pay the full maintenance as they do...so should enjoy the whole Taman instead of just the "poor men" side....

I don't think so. Have you been to MV's site? The so called long stretch park is a joke. The width is so short, take a few steps, reach the border fence already. The sales tactic is also a joke. They will say and show you it's sold out, but still bring you to the site to gauge your interest. Then will call you later after you've left, and conveniently says oh...there are still units available.....someone dropped out/loan not approved.

To get to Tesco/Kajang/Cheras/KL, you will normally get stuck in a jam due to the traffic lights (at the junction between Persiaran Saujana Impian and Persiaran Impian Perdana). And this is not even rush hour yet!

I've been to TP many times and it's way much better than MV. If you say TP is losing out to MV, then I have nothing else to say since you're living there.

One of the left over Type A directly facing this pond too. But there is also a TNB right in front of it too. 
I think it is a silt trap for construction rather than a pond.

Finally went to the sales office again after 4 years gap.  Not much different but the SA became more pretty and more friendly now And security guard speaks english!! haha ... And they escort you from ur car park till the sales office.  Not bad ya. 



I bring one of my friend there with me, and he also fall in love with this place. haha ... But for the time being, i can see cannot touch.  Not enough $$

open shower gets dirty. fast. trust me on this one

Mad, easy way to clean the open bathroom.  Mix breeze washing powder with bleach, add a bit of water, and SCRUB!  Then let it marinate a while, spray....clean as new!

Well, this happen in ALL housing estates.  They have to hand over sooner or later.

Water stains from rain is not a major problem.  Not more than what you get on your patio, balcony or garden.

Open bathroom stains usually from soap/shampoo residue.  I plant my open bathroom, like a mini garden.  Very refreshing to shower in there, so good that I totally ignore the bathtub and the inner shower room!
