my 1k service till now.... not even another 1k, my engine oil starting to get black edi.... to me, i will service every 5k with semi syn, 10k fully syn not tat good for me lol

but.... black oil only can last 3 months rite?

most mechs will say that semi is good up to 10k and fully up to 20k..my good ol waja, used fully syn and changed oil every 20k, now still no problem..

if you do go for exora, make sure you inspect their interior properly, my company has 2units, and some of the plastic parts fitting is very bad (human error, not by design).. maybe it's the lower spec so they cincai assemble.. get the premium version should be ok.. but really sad to see this kind of workmanship in this day and age..

between alza n exora.. alza looks nicer IMHO because of it being smaller and sportier looking.. but seeing the type of accidents alzas have been in (got one the alza length was reduced to a kancil! like the cabin also become the crumple zone..) i wouldn't consider it anymore IF i was looking into mpv (its too small anyway).. the exora, with the right makeup looks very cool & fierce due to its size.. if no make up... meh.

Sent my car on last monday for them to rectify the problem, proton said, my car is the luckiest to have this problem...
today the service advisor called me to update on the progress, he said my car need to send back to factory to repair it....WTH...if this is factory defect. just replace the neww unit la...
So tomorrow i will visit my car and to bang the boss.....

most can only speculate that the ones proton use for dyno were using ron95, vs the numbers gained from japan which might use higher octane number.

Proton cant change the drivetrain and ECU. it is directly from the lancer
