actually this condo is good for my personal opinion...sales not so good because not really advertised...sales agent have no internet account to promote mayb..haha.and the show room does not looks like a show room..no banner... etc....around 320 per square feet...maintenance 0.20-0.25psf...total not more than 200 units...each unit got both side view....residential title...grand entrance...got sky terrace...easy accessibility..better than z residence i think...4 rooms...larger square feet...all units 1341 square feet..
