my today speed test

ya.. juz switched to bagus plan..
I also juz bought the 1.5GB for rm20.. problem is, i'm not able to browse net..
arrggghhh.. anyone can help on this? thanks.

last nite, when i sign up the RM20 one, i cannot access the net for first 15 mins or more, after that was ok

do you have your settings? what is your phone model?

It's been almost 1+hrs since I apply it.. I'm using X5 with android. below is my setting..

data is switched on? got any G, E 3G, H logo? did you use data on your device before?

maybe you try send the settings again from here

it's on.. got 3g logo.. when i try to surf the net, it will try to open hotlink url.. then give some error..

try another bookmark or enter a url

oh, that bad.. maybe you go out tomorrow test in other places

i test my speed earlier tonight and only 1,000-1,6xx Kbps

not that impressive, but faster than DiGi at least

my experience with Hotlink is it get slow late at night

DiGi is much more consistent all day and night

i test it again by putting my sim into my broadband modem.. able to perform the ping from command prompt, but not able to surf net..
in browser, it keep on trying to go to http://www.hotlink.com.my/web/portal/broadband

this RM20 pass is mobile internet

i believe Maxis block anyone using it in a modem, not sure though...

maybe you try in your wife's phone??

A quick question; is it true that even though you have set English as your default language, the info data (*100# / *122#) / SMS will still appear in Bahasa Malaysia?

i want to know how to set into english
my language is in Bahasa Malaysia (BM) ==

Call 122 and select option 3 to change menu language. This takes effect instantly.

i plug it into my Nokia N8 and use joiku tethering no issue at all.

Lowest i got on this plan is 2mbps and up to 8mbps maybe problem with your line or the area you are at.

finally got my 3g working on the phone.. it need to do switching under internet n setting > 4 prepaid broadband > 10 service switching > 1 switch to hotlink

for those who encounter problem like me, u can try this...
