Great ... I can top up now, but after I answer "continue" on the page after the broadband purchase, it will say that the service is unavailable.

Edit: Looks like your best bet is Prepaid and Active 10 biggrin.gif Active is you choose 10 friends to get best rates for SMS where afaik it's 2 cents/sms

I realized Maxis on 3G is still not quite as fast as my 3G on U Mobile. Really regretted signing up for its data plans. Thank god it's gonna be over in a month.

Want to ask, my dad is in Indonesia now, and using a BlackBerry to data roam.

Is the RM33/day Bridge Dataroam applicable to him

or do he need to use http://www.maxis.com.my/personal/intl/RS_CD_bbroam.asp which is freaking expensive?

I see I see. My area mostly around Klang Valley + KL.
I tested the speeds using speedtest app. For Maxis I usually get less than 1Mbps. For U Mobile it's between 5-6Mbps. sad.gif

If we intend to get a new Maxis postpaid number, normally we will get a number from Maxis center?

Can I buy a Hotlink number with my preference and switch to postpaid directly?
