Can hotlink users subscribe to CLIR?

i don't think prepaid users can subscribe for CLIR~

iinm, it's only for maxis postpaid users where they need to pay rm5/month for the service (i guess)~

hi guise, i have this two sim cards, one registered under my sister name but she don't want to use anymore (500MB free internet sim card) and one is mine with normal SMS plan. can I merge this two sim card into one? anyone did this before?

I know a friend of mine merged a NEW 500MB free internet sim card with his current sim card.

You can't merge 2 separate account into 1 but you can merge with the 2 SIM 1 Number. Both different SIM using same Number.

Nope, those I saw are white credit card type with snap off sim and got phone numbers.
Definitely starter pack but don't know what type and neither does the salesgirl.

BTW, exactly what is the difference between Youth Plan Pack and New Hotlink Plan?
I'm looking for prepaid with long validity period

New Hotlink Plan:
Free RM8.00 Hot Ticket (1 physical voucher & 5 Over the Air fulfilment) giving 50min and 100 SMS to all networks within 7 days.

Hotlink Youth Plan:
Free RM6.00 Hot Ticket for 8 months (1 physical voucher and 7 over the air fulfilment) - 20mins / 300sms (all networks within 4 days validity)

Meaning can make/receive calls 90 days from every top-up?

He means 2 simcard with the same number but only for maxis and postpaid line.

Prepaid no such thing
