Black Sabbath still the best metal band! Till today, nobody can beat Ozzy "Never Say Die" Osbourne, scary guitar work by Tommy Iomi, melodic bassist by Terry "Geezer" Buttler & crazy drummer by Billy Ward. Ozzy's still the PRINCE of DARKNESS!

I dont think there is kind of the "fastest" definition. heck even some punk rock band can unleash extremely fast chord(bass)...suppose like rancid and authority zero. Chech out some old school speed metal, they pretty fast, even Amon Amarth and Nasum is faster than slayer

What kind of fast you prefer for practice? fast tabbing? fast change chord of catchy tunes?

As i say, no need to argue on fastest finger to nail bass....its very subjective.
