QUOTE(GAT-X105 @ Sep 16 2007, 12:21 PM) yeah im one of Darkest Hour fans too..my favourite track-Demon(s)... QUOTE(Thumpy Ick @ Sep 16 2007, 05:43 PM) hmm...i've gotten quite stuck to Avenged Sevenfold's Waking the Fallen album. not their City of Evil latest album, that's almost mainstream metal. i'm talking bout d album which kickstarted their career. anyone here has an opinion of Waking the Fallen? for me Waking the Fallen is the best A7X album so far..yknow, coz most nu-metal bands dont play guitar solos anymore. they put more focus into riffs and screams. the lead guitarist in avenged sevenfold is pretty slick, IMO. i think he got an award for Best Young Shredder last year. their sound from Waking the Fallen can describe as metalcore IMO.. superb guitar work from Synester and Zacky...
