not necessary for you to buy 3 months. u can get it lose anyway. besides, the key feature is no rebound in weight.
4k expensive? give me a break. it's a once in a lifetime investment and u don't even need it after that unless you choose to
purchase each one separately.

Lifetime investment after you have been putting junk in your mouth for the other part of the lifetime? Give me a break. That quote doesn't even suits well with what TRA products. People lose weight, get healthier by didn't need to spend a penny on such overpriced supplements (if that is what they want to called them) and you said it is a worthwhile investment?

Eji have a good track record in this forum. And since you are just registered to this forum, obviously we are siding with eji. Not saying that we side him blindly but if eji do sale fake products, show us:

1. Your purchase receipt of the Serious Mass.
2. The eji 'special' box.
3. The Serious Mass with Milo inside.

p/s: make sure you took a good picture of them.

You seem like have associate with the company, i just said the truth. Hope next time he will answer the call due to i have call so many times in different day but never answer. Must improve service.
*
He doesn't have any associate with the company but he owns one. Formality, email them. When you have hundreds of order each day, do you think that sms can catered all of them? Just think about it. Do you want your order to be forgotten due to massive sms problem? Or no proof because you only send it via sms?

Any why does only you have this kind of problem whereas everybody doesn't? Sounds fishy am I right?

Join today n straight say like this. very FISHY!!!
*
Then before you continue your bashing here, please give him your order number. He wants to prove to you that he does take your call and provide good service to you but yet you are here keep on bashing and justifying that NutritionPro is a bad seller bad what about you? Is it hard to give your order number to him? Unless you don't have one, then as per what NutritionPro said, you are a competitor, using cheap trick to tarnish good image of other sellers.

We have been in this forum for a long time. You just registered yesterday and you don't have enough credibility to say anything here and moreover trying to bash other seller. Unless you give your order number here, then GTFO please. You are bringing bad aura in here.

No, I don't have any affiliate with NutritionPro. If you said the truth that NutritionPro have a bad service, why don't you comply by giving your order number? Is it so hard for you? If NutritionPro does have a bad service towards you, you on the other hand have a very bad attitude. Never think that you have one is it?

QUOTE(shahmetal @ Jan 13 2013, 02:54 PM)
I need advice from experts here, yeah out of topic, but related to gym and supplements.

My weight was once 52kg, and after taking 3 tubs of weight gainers (Muscle Juice by Ultimate Nutrition), I managed to gain a peak weight of 72kg. My body is still thin on some parts (especially my arms), but my stomach is bloated. Asides from those weight gainers, I also had a bad eating habit so that might be the cause of bloating too. Currently working hard on cardio to remove those fat.

Is it ok for me to switch to Isolate Whey Protein (that's what I'm using now). Because I don't think I want any mass from fat further, or is it a bad move? Since my arms is still thin. I choose Isolate Whey Protein since usually it has the highest protein concentration.
*
So right now, in your mind is that all of them contribute because of mass gainers. Then somehow you think that by changing to Whey Protein Isolate, you'll not gain fat but still gain weight.

What an awesome jobs by the supplements world rclxms.gif

So that is a sarcasm? If yes, it did not help me  sad.gif

Edit: Im more interested in lean body muscle than weight, but well since I am thin, I think muscle is directly related to mass?
*
In some sort of way, yes it is sarcasm. But I do want you to know that, it is how we want to show that supplements ain't doing shit if you know no shit. I'm fine with no protein/mass gainers. Others too. They just took protein for the convenient part (loads of workload, etc).

IF you had to spend a lot of money on mass gainers and iso protein, at least learn about how does that effect your body. How does it help you to make you gain weight, and why do you gain fat along the way. Like me, the first and only fat burner I took is OxyElite Pro. Once I got a hands on it and consume it, for the sake of want it to be 100% effective, I learn about nutrition and I found out that you don't need the fat burner to lose weight. What an ironi right?

Same as mass gainers and protein supplements. You don't need that to gain weight or build muscle. It just like what I stated before, the supplement industry have managed to make the newb think that need muscle = need supplement.

Of course I realized I was a newbie, that's why I asked. As the name suggests, I only considered them as 'supplements' not the only way for me to gain mass. I've been working out in the gym, spending 2,3 days a week, and each time I allocate half an hour on treadmill for cardio and then 45 minutes for weight lifting. Also consistently looking for new/right ways to improve my workouts. So, urm, I'm not really relying 100% on supplements.

Just that, you know, I need advice for those supplements.. asides from those workouts and eating habits. I know there are 'short cuts' , and yes, I am taking those convenient tongue.gif

cardio first or weight lifting first?

Been switching to find the best sequence. But now I do cardio first, then rest for like 5-10 minutes, get some water, then proceed to lifting.
*
well, that would be the best. For the supplement parts, we won't know whether you do really need it or not unless we know how is your diet. How much calorie you need a day, how much macro-nutrition each day.

When you consume that mass gainers and managed to get quite a lot of fat, it means that you are exceeding the optimum calorie threshold that you need to consume everyday. When you start to exceed more, you'll start to gain fat a lot faster compared with control calorie consumption.

So do you know your threshold? OR calorie maintenance is easier.

My concern about gaining fat is mostly my fat proportion is not pleasurable, it keeps bloating my stomach. My glute and thigh size is acceptable for me now. So I don't think gaining any more fat from calorie is acceptable. I think from now on I just build my upper body parts with weight training. I also on the way to minimize eating oily food, high carbs as rice at night, and avoid eating late at night.
ultimate nutrition has the best % of protein in its serving. Also, I like the taste.
*
This shows that you know little about BB. Eat late night, carbs at night? Too much to teach you atm but I suggest you to read some of the pinned thread here.

I mean NOT TO. But maybe that is still not a good diet. Well, yeah, I need to read more about diet. Previously I was more keen in  reading about workouts.
*
You should. Most newb think that the only thing that they need is workout + protein/mass gainers supplements/ And then they'll start asking these kind of questions:

1. Why I consume mass gainers a lot of belly fat pop out ha?
2. Why even after I consume mass gainers I still can't gain any weight? Can you recommend me other brand?
3. I consumed 3 tubes of mass gainers and I managed to get from 45kg to 55kg but cannot more. How ha?
4. I consumed normal whey but didn't manage to increase my muscle mass. Is Isolate Protein Whey can do it better? It has 30g protein per serving compared to 25g per serving so it should be ok right?

All these questions have the same answer.

so according to your logic, pushup can only build lean muscle while doing other exercises can create muscles to big size immediately? fascinating hmm.gif

No, I was just trying to understand your logic here. How do you think that all the BBs or forumers here got their muscle first? To get to that point, you had to increase the muscle mass little by little; there's not jumping around from 120lbs to 200lbs by just doing certain exercises. Your diet must be in check, your training must be in check.

I guess you want this kind of chest no?

This is what he do to get that chest

and I don't see a pushup in here at all.

p/s: Kindly disregard my advice if you feel you wanted to. I don't mind at all but lets see your progress at the end of this year eh.
