If SA is good, they will let u know.

Performance wise, my prediction is that it'll be a bit below the N-Line 1.6 m/t.

For starters, the new one is heavier (airbags and what not), while the other (taxi spec) is basically a 1.3L shell with a 1.6L engine..not to mention, the short ratio gearbox on the manual is thumbup.gif
*
Actually the gear ratio on 1.6L is longer than 1.3L, basically same as Persona manual. But since Persona wheel size is higher, the resultant velocity@same RPM 1.6L BLM still lower than Persona.

I think to change to persona gear box before, but after i did calculation, i notice at 110km/h, 1.6 GB is only 400rpm lower than 1.3 GB, not worth it.

Added on May 27, 2011, 10:37 amAnyway, after long period of no use Shell, previous 3 tanks i started to use Shell RON95 fuel save, FC wise is very good, and power is the best among others. Just my humble comment la.

Kinda feel petrol that we get in Msia is VERY dependent on the particular Service Station where one fills up AND NOT whether it is Shell, EssoMobil, BHP, Petronas, Caltex or whatever....

True?

That's why we get so many different responses from ppl using the same brand cos they got from diff sources!! Sad but true, rite?

Quite true...this is what my cousin told me before as well...he said Esso @ Johor and Esso @ Perak is different, he judge based on the residue on the spark plug.

Yup, the shorter gear ratio on the 1.3 is really an advantage.

blink.gif I'm normally down to three bars at 200 km.

I used to fill RON 97 back in the days when it was cheaper. No difference in consumption compared to RON 95.
