Actually, you already did. When you flash custom rom, it come with custom kernel.

Okay la, just upgrade only 3.0 to 3.1. If different rom, kinda a must.

just flash frm 3.0 to 3.1

The only extra thing is to flash that font I mentioned, the homescreens can be achieved with just the 3 mentioned programs.

For the lockscreen, Widgetlocker 2.0 is needed, and the overall system theme is Lucid which can be found in XDA.
