There is another method, but that requires adb via PC and stuff and its very complicated to set up. sad.gif The best and easiest is to root and use shootme.

Not exactly. What I meant is, lets say at times when I don't want to use a case, I could simply take off whatever it was using and it'll be in its full aluminium glory. You know, for times when you want it to be naked tongue.gif And when you want it protected, simply bolt on your typical silicon / hard case.

In fact, do note that although those iDefense stuff protects scratches, it does not help it from getting dented. This is metal after all. sweat.gif

The HTC Sense account drains alot of battery cause its linked to that HTCSense.com service which updates your location and stuff. Which needs quite some battery power sweat.gif

I don't think Sense UI affects battery much, I've tried the no-sense patch and normal RevoHD, battery is more or less the same. hmm.gif

Ok, finally settled on a ROM. Using CM7 RC2 now, TS change it please tongue.gif

Battery life is excellent with the drain fix, similar to the RevoHD.

If I'm correct they changed the driver of the AIC3254 dsp chip (Digital Sound Processor chip). Rest is left alone, and it seems that itself brings the battery drain down to standard RevoHD levels blink.gif

Yup, has 5 default profiles to start with and can be added still. Changes that can be made are ringtones and notifications (Phone calls, calendar tones, GMail tones, Email tones, SMS tones, and other). And like Nokia, you can press and hold the power button to change profiles tongue.gif

Well, I'm ok without Sense, what you miss in it? hmm.gif

I don't have issues with 640x480 avi files. Never tried rmvb before though. hmm.gif

I usually just convert them to m4v just to avoid the hassle.
