Before (when still in nightlies build, not the ace one and also RC1), got some people mentioned that they actually got bootloops when flashing CM7 with CWM2, that's why kali recommended CWM3, but i guess they already fixed the issue nod.gif..

@winter
Did you sync and choose HTC Sync instead when you syncing it with your PC?

What do you mean by can't Radio S-Off...then you can try hard reset your phone,go to :

*make sure you save all your data before doing this smile.gif

better settle your root problem first.
supposedly after you permroot, the phone should restart itself!

btw, monza /or other on CM7
which battery fix did you use, mad-murdoch or hrkfdn version?
actually, i'm interested in hrkfdn kernel which contain proximity sensor issue (i want to use tap tap app)!
but its different from battery drain fix kernel  rclxub.gif
*
I use mad-murdock one..but i also tried hrkfdn one, good but not as good as murdock one, still it conserved battery also smile.gif

Well, still got the experimental team trying to figure out how to save more juice on CM7 for DHD, i guess maybe we will hear some good news also laugh.gif..one of the reason why Buzz didn't do any more kernel for CM, theirs is already good enough smile.gif

Well, even now the battery fix kernel with CM7 Spike give quite good result nod.gif...i can say, on par with ARHD rclxms.gif...really nice, hopefully for the final release later will got some more good improvement laugh.gif

Added on March 13, 2011, 8:13 pm@koi
Well, depends on the user usage i think...i tried both, mad one save more juice compared to hrkfdn, but quite strange that even mad also recommended hrkfdn over his laugh.gif...but still both are quite good compared to CM7 stock nod.gif

Monza, will jumping around ROMs mess up the battery life? laugh.gif

Cause I remember I read somewhere when you flash new room, have to recalibrate for the battery stats to work properly (to know which is 100%)..
*
No for me, as i usually flashed the ROM when my battery is not 100%...use till almost out then fully charge it, and then wipe battery stats smile.gif

QUOTE(Atsutane-Shirane @ Mar 13 2011, 08:15 PM)
I'm not a rom maker... but something been bugging me... Flash new rom meaning it will wipe system partition... and batterystats.bin is in system partition...

So flashing new rom not automatically wipe battery stats...?
*
Some wipe the battery stats automatically (well, i remember ARHD & LD did) but now i think no more, need to manually wipe smile.gif

Added on March 13, 2011, 8:23 pmJust read mad thread, seems like mad, kali & hrkfdn are working on battery fix #6, seems like hrkfdn kernel cannot use FM-Radio perfectly sweat.gif

hi DHD pros,

Can DHD on stock ROM 1.32.707.xxx flash straight to Android Revo HD 3.1??

is it working well without flashing to new radio?

thanks!
*
Yes, can flash directly...as for the radio, see if got any problem while you on ARHD 3.1, if no problem such as signal dropped, battery drains way fast..then should be ok...but its always recommended to use the recommended radio smile.gif

For the S-off and easy radio tool thingy, I get a connection error.
I am suppose to run this on my PC, with my phone connected on charge mode with USB debugging enabled right?
*
Ya, run on PC with Charge Only connection, did you install HTC Sync or ADB driver (Android SDK)
