Just notice your thread, probably it's the cable. Try swap with another cable as Studio comes with black and red cable..else change the battery... if still persist, send back for warranty from whomever you bought from..

Hi there, just an info on what I known. Whatever function that HP did with free gift-away, we, as authorized distributor, are/will not be informed as this is a partnership of HP and Beats themselves. Monster did not inform me on what is going on for anything related with HP and Beats. Only at the moment on what I know is that purchased HP laptop with free Beats Solo will be entitled for warranty of 1 year, provided that customer can prove with receipt of purchase of the particular laptop. I would advise the first thing a customer should do in any case of faulty set is to refer back to HP. That's the best I can say right now on matter related to HP.

Hi, i bought a Solo HD Red headphone from Harvey Norman australia.

But now my headphone cable is not working so well.

when the cable is bend, the left headphone will lose the sound.

i want to ask i bought it from australia , it is possible i claim my headphone at malaysia?
