hahaha...i just got my galaxy SL from celcom...sunway pyramid yesterday...


yeah yeah.....have been using...my sony erricson K750I for 3 years.. max out the life of it....

finally u got ur phone after a long wait of 5 days noswear. Waiting for all the review from proud user of Galaxy SL.

A bad news for this phone.
Since this phone is not so popular, Samsung will discontinue this model after next month shipment.
Let's have our finger crossed that this model will receive developers' support, hopefully someone in India.
However, my GF will be getting this phone tomorrow after today's survey, RM1600 ori.

I will give a review after I get the phone.

Today I went survey many phone stalls, shops and booths, they all told me the same.
Not really sure all of them are believable, but since SGS2 is releasing soon this model is going to fade real quick.

The SGS maybe ; SGS II is a different class much higher than this SL model. The price will be in mid RM2.5 K

Oh no....i still cant decide which phone i want to buy....either Samsung Galaxy S or Samsung Galaxy SL?? SOMEBODY HELP??

Really discontinue? but what i heard was the discontinuation of Galaxy S Super Amoled and not SL.

I have frens working in Samsung saying that Super Amoled was discontinue since Jan / Feb 2011.


If SL also to be cancel...why they waste the money to advertise...i saw that it has been advertised alongside with Galaxy Ace, Galaxy 5 and SL but not Super Amoled. ...

I'm not sure also I'm just telling what the phone sellers told me, I doubt the same too.
Maybe is because not much demand for this phone so they don't want to bring in stock.
Yes SAMOLED Galaxy S has been discontinued, that's for sure.


If I were you, if I want the best, I would wait for Galaxy S2, if not just stick with Galaxy SL.
Galaxy S still selling about RM2000 for original, which is about RM400 difference with SL, and Galaxy S will obsolete once S2 is launched.

But wat is the price of Galaxy S2 in malaysia??
If i just choose between Galaxy S and Galaxy SL, which one u more prefer?

there's no sd card included as it has 4gb internal already.

If i want to buy 16GB micro SD card, wat is the price? how about 32GB?
