Seriously, the closes I been to Semenyih is when I bought Nirvana burial plot for my aging parent.
My mom likes that place because got mountains and valley.
That was around mid of last year, ever since then, never set foot there again.

I like the townhouse, The Mews. And the environment was splendid.

What holding me back from buying the ready-townhouse was that SDP did not give me the standard defects warranty period for the townhouse. The warranty ends by end of the year. I wonder who will buy a RM1.4mil property which does not have enough defects warranty period.

Now that SDP has a new GM, I heard, all previous promos on the townhouse have been withdrawn. It is puzzling to understand SDP marketing strategy; do they want to sell off their properties or not? SDP must have a very strong financial standing to be able to cope with millions ringgit of unsold units in The Glades. Strange marketing strategy this SDP.

And they are very confident of the sales of the upcoming low rise condo, that the sales will be by ballots.

SDP use to have a lot parties to promote The Glades.
I still remember they have lots of carnivals and drive you to the show houses.
You can see bungalows, Super link and townhouses.
You can even swim at the club house pool.

Many come, many saw but few buy....
Slowly, SDP realize it was pointless...
And no more carnivals or foods was offered...
it close it's doors to all ....
and The Glades remains exclusive to all...

Now they want to sell a new...
North Brooks they call it...
Ballot for it you must...
SDP never realize...
the mistakes they make in the past...

Hey BRE, thanks for the recommendation! Basically we wanted some new landed properties and nearer to Hicom exit. Hence we shortlisted Putra Bistari area, Putra Avenue, Grandis Palm and The Glades.

It seems like there're many upcoming condo but not much new landed development
