Definitely PR is better for investment but I thnk many ppl are not aware that PR residents and the public cannot access the lake. Many buyers thought they can go to the lake to relax, so they bought PR but it belongs to MH, so it's a private prop.

All these GLCs have to meet KPI ma bro, some of their tactics are like blocking some units as "strategic units" and release them for sale later to earn more, so bad news for buyers lo have to pay premium prices! sad.gif Hopefully the quality of the prop will commensurate with the premium prices!

Yeah, TG is for the super rich fellas only! sad.gif This SDP really got very strong holding power, even when the units there remain unsold after VP, they only give minimal rebates of 2% only & now they totally dont give at all! blink.gif How to sell la like that? There are still many unsold superlinks there & I heard even though they outsourced to agents, still cant sell many units.

Then u should get PR bro, but SC told me the remaining units that they will release soon will only be sold to bumis to fulfill the bumi quota shakehead.gif Like that no chansi oredi lo to buy!

Bro, I think it is std market practice for developers to provide a certain defect liabilty period upon VP and since it was VPed last year, SDP will not extend it. Of course by right they should extend it to push sales.

That is what I heard also from SA ie SDP stopped all rebates for not only The Mews but for all unsold props in TG! blink.gif How to sell la like that?

They have been postponing the sales of NB & SB to pussh sales for the landed prop in TG but I guess the SA must be very free there as they have only TG to sell and since the sales cant move, they cant achieve their targets! So no choice SDP will be launching NB soon, but when it is a million dollar Question mark! rolleyes.gif
