I agree that SDP priced TG too high but we must remember that it is full GG with clubhouse facilities with lots of additional features. Anyway whether it's worth buying or not is very subjective and depends on individual preference and I was told quite many have moved in already.

Bro, the townhouse is abt 3000sft+ I think, definitely not 2000sft only. If it is 2000sft only I dont think SD will price it at ard 1.4m at that time.

Yeah, the environment there is definitely the best in PH at the moment! In future when Marvelane Square & KH are completed, not sure whether TG's environment will still remain the best in PH or not?

SA told me the main reason why so many units unsold in TG is the high maintenance fee, not the price of the props! blink.gif

I heard abt this project more than 2 years ago, they launched their 1st phase a few months ago. Not sure abt the land size but they claimed that only buyers that bought their project will have access to the lake, PR residents have no access.

Cant remember starting price bro, u can call the developer to find out.
