U cant get into their compound... unless soros kor invite you in... so you can just main outside the fence.. but dont touch the fence.. their fencing r very high tech... like the 1 they use at changi airport...

guys i have some safety concern over the island design. as you may have seen it, stones are being laid around the island border, what if islanders accidentally fall into the waterway ? it will be very difficult to get out of the water (imagine swimming pool without staircase).....unless there are some staircases around the island. Not sure if the developer has any plan to address this issue ?

you are not supposed to even go near the edge of the waterways (there is no path leading to it)....

if you keras keras want to terjun into waterways, god helps you lioa......

its just like monsoon drainage system....why would anyone want to go near the edge???

i think this is a very good point out.. at least there is some safety issue concerning the residence at SEG. Dev shld study the possibility and safety analysis on the lake to make the residence peace in mind..

falling into the lake could happen to children... lets see what developer/owner say about it...

hey hey, reason being i understand from SA that there is walkway surrounding the border right behind the house fences, all islands have this walkway, i suppose it is a design for leisure walking around the island or its purely a bomba requirement. nonetheless i was being told there is such walkway around the island border, and its kinda narrow. hence there should be some safety measurements in place in case of falling into the waterway. Even adults will have difficulty getting out of the water.

is it normal that these units are moving slower than lets say a rm400k condos..they launched leporina west garden and there are units left still

if they follow the model of Setia Ecopark, there should be walking path around the waterways and creeks and lake...
but there isnt any path lead you to anywhere near the edge of water. of course if you have small children, you need to be mindful of them should they be wandering off to near the water and feed the mandarin ducks......

i guess they could build fences along the waterway, but this defeats the purpose of living in an open and "natural" environment.

its normal for landed not sold within the first 2 years of launching.....when booming time is over.

of course another explanation is supply exceeded demand in ciber and the pricing is over the top.....

I believe most new landed launched in the last 2 years in ciber still got units...despite someone claimed that "only" 3200 landed in ciber as compared to 20,000 condos...

Some condo projects even after 3 years still got units from developers, and I am talking about 300k to 400k per unit projects....

i think they could put rope net on top of the stones that they laid.. or wire mesh to secure the stones instead of fence which not good looking...

you need to visit the actual site before rendering your expert advice....imo.
