QUOTE(Reon @ Mar 6 2011, 11:34 PM) We lack an influential figure in the midfield. Everytime facing situation like this, they always look for Giggs to perform miracles. How can you expect him to play his wizardry everytime the team is in dip shit? we need someone else lah..he's a grandfather already in terms of professional football..The only positive thing would the the goal from Chicharito. His positioning is very good, and he does show the spirit of 'never say die', which hardly reflected by the other players. no disrespect to him..hes one of my fav players of all time..but gotta admit..hes old... |

GK - VDS below below par
Central defence , not clicking , and Wes Brown has lost 3 PL match that he started this season Left Back = Evra have been off form and never been able to recover from the World Cup fiasco Rafael , fiery temper which I liked, a great RB in the making. His game was OK compared to Evra Carrick = you guys sums it up Scholes = tried but not working Nani = mistakes and mind not in the field Giggs= poor 1st half, better 2nd half Rooney = defending more than attacking, which we normally sees. He better buck up next season after all his drama this season Berba = tried hard with few chances he had. JOS = ok Hernandez = man marked but his consolation goal says it Fletcher = subs in too late, should have started in place of Carrick |

Our away form has been nothing but pathetic. We got ourselves to blame for throwing away points at away matches. Pool played but we didn't and with defensive error here and there, we got only ourselves to blame.
Every match from now on are crucial, the team spirit went to the drain after back to back defeat at away games. The most important issue here is, WHEN IS NANI GOING TO COME BACK??? |

Midfield was terrifically poor. I'm always at WTF why they didn't rebut the ball, even since the Chelsea game I noticed that. VDS blunder is quite rare too.
Rooney was shit today, while Hernandez is really a goalscorer. At least he makes the scoreline looks a bit better tho. Berbatov did quite OK IMO, when we play long ball it's better to have him in the game. And now I'm very, very worried for Nani. The thought of Obertan/Bebe in the wing for the remaining fixture really makes me And all for all, congratulations Liverpool. Played their hearts out for the game. Very, very deserved their win. Hopes it will be a rude wake-up call for United, it's a rarity for us to lose 2 games in a row. Or I'm having deja vu 08/09? |
