wor.. you got your PS3? do you have the purple/PSN manual book? which came together with the PS3 manual book. You have to sign up PSN first then login into asiaplaystation.com and then follow the steps from the website.

I think he meant the DLC, for existing games.

PSN Games download is tied to the account used to download. If the user account is deleted, then the game cannot be played.

PSN DLC for Disc games (eg Need For Speed, Fifa, etc) cannot be deactivated once installed. Unless in-game settings allowed (eg Assassin's Creed Brotherhood). Other times its just whether you want to play the extra content only (eg almost every other game with DLC).
