Wow...new opera mobile 11 is really fast n smooth

Wow great! Does it support flash?

How about gif animation? I noticed the animation will stop after sometimes. When i reboot the phone, it will playing again.

I hardly use opera mobile 10 because it doesn't format google reader properly. I know it is faster than all other webkit-based browser but this newest opera feels even faster and smoother than the previous version.

- renders google reader correctly
- typing replies on mobile phone - it doesn't scroll up and down!

I know I'm only using it for a few minutes but it has replaced xscope as my default browser.

yo freakfingers, which MIUI Beta you're in right now? they said in xda that they will be no rlease external sd card working right? so far, is the camera working with internal sd in beta 5? if all okay like internet( 2g and 3g) and calls, i think i dont mind flashing even without the ext sd card. 16 gb is enough for me. hehe

edit: after read all the threads, yeah the camera finally working. but one thing, they said that if u use MIUI, u must have those Nexus S driver. is it true?

That's is also my opinion...im just using xscope for sew days,n really amazed by opera smoothness...
Before xscope,i used opera.
But this new opera really smooth.

I'm still using beta 5 since beta 6 is a minor fix which I did myself. Ext SD will work in beta 7 if everything goes ok. Ya everything works, some games force closes though, like Illusia.
Nope you don't need Nexus S driver, but when you connect to your PC, it might show that you have Nexus S instead of SGS.
Hehe, berhijrah ke MIUI! New user yey! I recommend use JPY modem. Comes with JPM not so good for us.
Yeah that's what I like about Opera, smooth like Safari. Always thought that Google webkit is really sluggish, not slow just laggy. Good thing Opera has flash and HTML5 now.

my SGS have to be plugged on charger at least twice a day.. yesterday drained my battery till it went off, went home put on charger and turned on the phone, showing "55% charging". that's absurd right? the phone turned off itself and just plugged into charger it shows 55%? lol. recalibrated the battery by wiping battery stats when it's full already.

and anyone with APN on all the time? i have huge problem dealing with it..

after the battery stats wiped, was charging minutes ago, showed 52%, after a reboot now shows 76%!
