World	Seems like many are reporting bugs and instability issue with Juwe Gingerbread ROM. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=964672 I am tempted to try, especially the hardware accelerated browser, but considering that Gingerbread is not that stable yet, might as well wait another 2 weeks....

(Make sure you accept the root-prompt on the phone) 5A.Execute "busybox cp -a /efs /sdcard/" 6A.Disconnect the phone, deactivate USB debugging, reconnect the phone and backup the copy of the efs folder to your PC B: 1B.Use root explorer and navigate to the root of the filesystem / 2B.Press "Mount R/W" 3B.Copy the efs folder to your sdcard 4B.Connect the phone to the PC and backup the copy of the efs folder to your PC. 2. Restore the backup if your IMEI gets corrupted or your product code is changed by a firmware. 3. Backup - Phonebook & email: Sync with google. - apps and data: can use Titanium Backup - SMS and MMS: can use SMS Backup+ by Jan Berkel 2. Go to recovery mode. How? 1. Shutdown your phone. 2. Hold volume up, home and power button simultaneously until the screen lit up. 3. Wait till you arrive to the recovery mode. You'll see whether you have 2e or 3e mode at the top. 4. - Flashing speedmod kernel will give you 2e recovery mode. - Follow this link for instruction to install speedmod kernel. 3. - Go to the sweethoney rom page - Download either wipe or non-wipe version and store it into your sdcard - Go to recovery mode. Choose "install zip file from sdcard" and "choose zip from sdcard". Navigate using volume rocker to your file. Use back button to select. - Confirm the selection. - Wait for a few minutes and you'll automatically reboot. - Done. Enjoy your new custom rom! Nice guide.

It will have more official and un-official support since there are many other devices also using Tegra2 chipset.

I can confirm that when you simulate other Carriers using market enabler, your phone becomes laggy (Open sms, emails, etc takes a few sec of black screen, even scrolling between screen is not smooth). Now that I re-booted and it becomes smooth and fast again on my Simply SweetHoney ROM.
