what can you do, to lower the latency?, latency issues

I'm having constant green bar now since new patch
There is a new option in your interface(cant remember exact name)
So far i tested 10man raids and 5man random heroic/za/zg all stable green ping
Using Unifi btw

go to game menu - option - network - optimize network for speed.
by default this option is tick . but i find out if un tick this option i get more stable connnection . less disconnect also .
how about you guy ?

My latency improved greatly (constant 200-220ms) when I have that option ticked.

Eh ... after I ciao'ed a year ago during wotlk and now back for cata ... for some reason use gamepath/highpingbuster also 400ms ... wtf hmmm. (without is 600-700ms).
