That's good indeed... Just make sure genuine but I think it is since they authorized and on 3M website... But AFAIK, 3M no longer have security since recall last time, maybe now resumed..

And bro Yan, most likely tomorrow can be done...

As for the Huper Optik, correct me if I'm wrong, it's not even a tinting film, they are chemically bound to the screen, so technically it may not be providing shatter resistance

Huper Optik is also a brand of tinting film lah.... u think sembur on the glass windows meh? It is nano-ceramic or something like that. So, not supposed to disturb the Smart Tag. I got the 4mil one..... I personally felt the film, it was pretty thick to me. To thick also cannot lah... nanti disturb the windows closing.
*
how much huper optik bro ?
my onli prob with 3m is it'll disturb smart tag sad.gif. they suggested top 30mm using a diff grade of 3m film

For Gti, the passenger mirror does not automatic tilt down when you engange the reverse gear. To activate it, the switch knob to adjust the side mirror, must be placed at L position. Of course, this only works after you activated the function in the MFD

yup u r right.. just went to my car n tested it .. yay smile.gif

has dynamic swivel cornering light lo... when you turn your steering wheel, depends on which direction you turn, the swivel light will come on right?
*
tat is not swivellight lah .. that is just the cornering light. The swivel light thingy is the main headlights will swivel when you go into the corner. too bad they left out this feature in the Scirocco sad.gif...

Good info, there are a number of people who changed quite a number of these lights to LED versions (brighter ones) but there is a need to do a bit of coding. The usual ones they change to LED would be to add in LED lights to the door reflectors (when you open your door, the LED lights up). Good safety feature especially at night.
