Well we are not actually recommending them, wearing a dom-dom or practice safe sex is always the best way. But then just incase of an emergency, Postinor 2 seems to be quite easy available.

It is not something tat is available of shelves. You would a pharmacist to provide it to you. At times the pharmacist will give you some advice on how to consume it. Other time they just pass it on assuming that you would know.

I think "morning after pills is bad for health" is a misconception. These pills are basically progestogens-only pills (POP) and is used as an alternative to the common combined contraceptive pills (which also has progestogens in them). That being said, EC pills are of higher dose and taking them as a meant of normal contraception method (every day for example) will definitely not good, because of the high dose involved and not because of the product itself. Besides, it's meant as a last resort only, thus the word "emergency". If u have good compliance with dom dom or COC, u won't have to bother about this product

agreed...thre is no proper evidence to indicate that ECP is bad for health. it is just not advicable. Reading the previous post on ECP will give an enlightenment on this matter. .
