Hi Guys,

Need some advice/searching for light weight racket, with a powerful smash producing and net play type for double's play. Reason for light weight as i dun feel i can cope with heavy weight racket with my size and arm strength.

I was being confuse with too many brand and model available in market and hardly to have chance to try out how sharp each racket may able to produce.

I play fast game, especially defense play against doubles. Been hearing a lot of good feedback on APACS Tantrum 200 but pricing is really a problems , online all sell cheap but retail store all selling 339.00 as i checked. sleep.gif"

Sigh, My budget is 200 to 250.

i've hurt my ankle nearly a month ago b'cause i've been wearing my jog shoes for playing badminton then i sprained my ankle. Its so hurt so i stopped for 2 weeks.

Now, its my knee thats hurts so much especially when i'm squatting down or just move my leg. This is whats happening if you're playing wearing the wrong shoes and you did not warm up before u start playing. What should i do? do i need to go for X-ray?

Do you think i torn my muscle?
*
many yrs back both my knees hurt like mad...
got that after 100m sprint...i tink too much impact on the joints
thereafter, wana go up the stairs oso pain like crap
wana squat oso goyang goyang...
even every step i took oso i felt pain...
after few weeks the pain gone by itself rclxub.gif

i've been warming up properly afta i got my FIRST n SECOND ever cramps on my calves as a result of playing at SA rclxub.gif

i rang arc1414 today, has been given with a fabulous advice but still i couldn't made up my mind over the choice i have ..

My wrist is not that strong enough for Stiff type, so i heading for Medium Flex :
Apac Lethal 8 or 9 or 18 [18 is favorite for my game play]

Apac Lethal Light 1.10

Apac Lurid Power 22 or either 21

.. Any advice for these? What string tension should i fill into this racket that you have selected with reason?
