i think most people will string at 25lbs 1st then as they have more wrist power than they can go for higher tension

Good to hear frm you. & congrats for the muscle mass gaining. After a period, the pain will gone & then smash like Casten Mogensen. Its better to increase bit by bit. Although VT80 very attractive & obsessive, but you oredi know the conclusion.

No worry, my tension osol 25lbs. Cant beat the sifus here with 27-28-29-30lbs. Else, my hand will patah before sifus....

seldom will see ppl drink glucosa after badminton.
banana is a good sports fast food. haha...
u can see professional tennis players or body builders eat them in between training or match.
