im planning to get this racket Yonex Arc Saber 008
is it including the string? im an amatur...looking for my 2nd badminton racket currently im using Yonex Nanospeed 200 any suggestion or opinion ? my budjet below RM200  play 3 times a week |

i've hurt my ankle nearly a month ago b'cause i've been wearing my jog shoes for playing badminton then i sprained my ankle. Its so hurt so i stopped for 2 weeks.
Now, its my knee thats hurts so much especially when i'm squatting down or just move my leg. This is whats happening if you're playing wearing the wrong shoes and you did not warm up before u start playing. What should i do? do i need to go for X-ray? Do you think i torn my muscle? |

maybe i will try to smash using this new badminton racquet, every smash from me u can never see where the shuttle goes, jumping with 1 foot (using axel shoe)....  |
