Haiz..wanna get this phone but the problem is the Video playback and quality is very poor and the behind cover is plastic and it only have very low RAM for me...

but the price is not bad..

But you can use your SD card as RAM... ^^ but this will kill your SD card after some time... (shorter your SD card life span)

Use a SWAP file: The excellent free Swapper utility in the Android Market makes this easy.  Simply install Swapper on your rooted phone, run it and hit the "Swap ON" button.  One caveat, you need a fast SD card for this to work.  I initially tried Swapper with regular speed 2 GB Kingston SD card that came with the phone and all it did was slow the phone down and made it unstable.  I replaced the card with a (shameless affiliate link) $10 Transcend Class 6, 4GB card from Amazon and the difference was amazing.  With the Class 6 card, enabling swap made my phone faster than stock and at least as stable and went a long way toward solving the browser cache issues.  While Swapper works pretty well out of the box, you can get even better performance by tweaking the settings a bit.  Everyone has different opinions on the ideal swap configuration. Based on trial and error, I found that using a 64 MB swap partition and a "Swappiness" setting of 60 seems to work best for me.  Setting up a swap partition requires some extra steps (Part of the Apps2SD setup,  explained here ).  If that sounds like too much trouble. you can get nearly as good results with a 64 MB swap file instead of a partition.

i think if u ask around popular shop like at pyramid or digital mall or any subang area shop all no stock dy/maybe overprice. i've been searching the whole weeks (last week) but i accidentally just asking hp shop at carrefour ss15 and they got lot of stock both white and black..i got mine for rm1000 last friday fullset together with sd card class4 8G and car charger. i think the price still reasonable as i dont have to search far to kl.

anyway anyone know who's selling SP for Ace?

I am from Seri Kembangan...i asked around here already...and mostly HP shop no take stock for samsung and the others just no stock....any nearest place that availabe stock?

I had an error once.  Wifi couldn't turn on.  Restarted phone and it was ok.

Also had a sudden shutdown of the phone.  Took it out of my pocket and it's off.  Couldn't turn it back on using the power key.  Took out battery, re-inserted, and it was ok.

Used for 2 weeks.

SP selling on eBay if you don't mind waiting.  Pretty cheap.

Noticed my Samsung charger, the connector to the phone has 1 pin missing.  Been charging with it all this while.  Are chargers under warranty?  Where to go to claim?
