Parklane OUG really hot!!!selling very fast~weekends i station there...cant imagine~a lot of young couple and youngster...quite ok....almost all neighbours are chinese people...

notice no proton car at the parking
mostly imported one lol

Try to imagine UOG Parklane 1 block have 32 floors, 14 units per floor;
average 3ppls in 1 family.. 14units x 3 = 42ppls; 42ppls x 32 floor = 1,344 ppls blink.gif
For normal time maybe ok, but early morning n after work i think sure 'traffic jam' with the lift..
If emergency how? dun said emergency, let said if u stomachache also will wait until pengsan i think..

Then when wanna go out...wah..
Average 1 unit got 2 car ... so 4200unit @ 2car = 8400car.... wah cry.gif look at the access road..... blink.gif blink.gif later sure jam
maintenance will be a problem for high density condo... people move in & out sooner or later few years down the road become pekeliling flat shocking.gif

I think the worst case you will get is how Setapak condo/ apartment areas are now.

Actually, out of 32 floors, residential floor starts from 7th floor onwards. 2nd to 6th floor are actually parking floors. smile.gif

Both only suitable for flipping. Tiara is a bit better for own stay.

Both not good for investment / rental coz of the density. Even if LRT is nearby, the number of units will impact on rental yields - how to rent out when there's so many units for rent? Sure harga kurang.
