For me, Parklane too congested. So many units, but most of them only offering 1 parking lot.
When Parklane is fully utilized, the traffic for both Parklane and Mutiara will be the same, jam car always. But this is normal for KL lah. So for own stay, prefer Mutiara.

i was told by one forumner this SIAWW is an agent for TM..no wonder he has so much negativities on PL..it's quite normal la he behaves like this

Well, I checked his posts and he has been negative on all the developments around the area except for TM.....so what you say is probably true...

it's becos their project ™ not selling..400+ units still have some units hanging since it launches long ago whereas PL have been overwhelming booked for more than 1500+ .of cos ppl red eyed la.

Well...at the current market...If you do not have a property...
Cincai get 1 la...PL, TM, SM, ZR, ....wutever u can afford...sapu 1 1st...
Land getting less...Material price going up....Hold a property never a wrong move....It's an asset....
Which 1 better we will know few years from now...

Brother i'm not from developer la or spy from any. I just one little boy stay in Puchong. All my word is from heard the property market now is over excited just feel I should voice up some aleat to some.

i'm not from developer la or spy from any. I was just one little boy stay in Puchong area. All my comment is from true heart. Do you agree the property market now is over excited? What I feel I should voice up some alert to some buyer if can’t make precise decision.

jalan puchong the road is so bad and need to upgrade.

OUG parklane is near to military base ?Not sure there will be noisy factor from it.
